1993
COMPANY FOUNDATION
Prompt Service Travel (today Cocktail Holidays) was originally meant to be a travel agency focused on tailor-made packages and tours. But after the unbelievable success of the first operation, we fully committed to the vision of Adriana Goicea and became one of the first Romanian tour-operators.
2000
Team of 10: The Extended Goicea Family
In a brand new economy like the post communist Romanian market, hitting the 10 Employees mark can be considered a remarkable milestone.
2005
NEW FAMILY MEMBER
Dan Goicea – Adriana’s husband – joins the team. He graduated in Engineering, established his own manufacturing company, and now joins Prompt Service Travel. He becomes a fundamental resource for a new business development and strategy.
2008
1st COMPUTER-BASED RESERVATION SYSTEM
Cocktail Holidays is among the first companies in Romania to fully outsource operations to a third party software. Smart move to improve efficiency and handle the current business load.
2009
British American Tobacco chooses Cocktail Holidays as strategic partner for their corporate incentives. This new deal officially kicks off the corporate service department of the company.
Ana & Maria Goicea join the company
The 2 daughters of Adriana & Dan decide to join the company. After completing their degrees in Germany and Austria, Ana & Maria make it back to Romania. They are determined to run the family business with their newly acquired international know-how.

TAILOR MADE TOURS
”Tours” is the 2nd most important product department based on volume after charters. Romanian travelers get access to over 15 countries with multi-destinations tours.

A BIG TEAM
Team of 45+ employees moves to the new head office: a historic villa in the heart of Bucharest.
