Should the hotel not receive flight details 3 days prior arrival, the transfer will be subject to availability and extra charges. In case of any flight changes, the notification must be received and acknowledged by the hotel at least 6 hours prior the arrival time. Failing the timeline, the hotel will not be able to arrange the consolidated pick-up. The transfer is a sharing transfer and not a private transfer. Hence, they will have another guest with them.
